From Scheveningen to France

Monday, tuesday and wednesday we trained in Scheveningen. Every day we had good wind, so optimum training conditions. In Holland it\'s getting colder and colder, so we\'ve moved down to Maubuisson (a bit south of Bordeaux) for some small races. Well....not so small. We have around 50 boats racing from a lot of countries. Israel, Great Britain, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Germany and so on. The level is really high for such a small regatta, so it\'s going to be great! The only thing we need is some wind, the forecast is very light.. Hopefully we are lucky so we can sail all the scheduled races.

The location is quite special. We\'re sailing on a lake just 8 kilometers from the ocean in the middle of a big wood. It looks great from the middle of the lake, with all those trees around is. Beautiful nature.

I\'m writing this story on the balcony of our hotel, watching the ocean which is filled with surfers at the moment. Huge waves come rolling in from far away and the local French know how to ride them! Great view. Tomorrow our first start is at 14.00, we keep you posted!
